ABOUT
Hilary is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Marriage and Family Therapist.
Hilary uses a variety of therapeutic techniques when working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. Hilary has a special interest working with couples and families. Hilary completed a 40-hour play therapy training, as well as a sand tray therapy training, through the Counseling Center of Expressive Arts. Hilary received training to use Resolve Through Sharing (RTS) Bereavement counseling for individuals and families who have lost a baby prior to birth or in the first thirty days of life. In addition, Hilary completed the Level One Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and uses it in her work with couples. Currently, Hilary is a co-facilitator of an adolescent girls’ group for social anxiety.
