Lydia Kasmoch is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas, working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Lydia is trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) and in Child Parent Relationship Training (CPRT). Central to her practice is the use of expressive modalities such as sand tray, art and play therapies, which empower clients to utilize other forms of communication when talking is too difficult. Lydia embraces a holistic view of the individual in order to invoke self-awareness and clarity. Clients in her practice learn to bring insight to their life experiences and then to move forward towards the goal of a joyful and actualized life.
