ABOUT
Sammie has worked in the healthcare field for more than 35 years and in behavioral health for 30. She is licensed both as a Professional Counselor and as a Registered Nurse. She has extensive experience with both inpatient and outpatient work at all levels of acuity as well as a great deal ofexperience with many diagnoses. Sammie was a military wife for 15 years and has first hand knowledge of the rewards and hardships of the culture. Her current emphasis is on mood disorders, anxiety disorders to include PTSD, families, couples. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy.
